Chassis System:
The FAW 4×4 chassis serves as the core foundation of this fire truck, featuring an all-wheel-drive system that ensures exceptional off-road capability and stability in harsh conditions. The chassis is equipped with a WLY-brand 6-speed forward and 1-speed reverse transmission, offering smooth gear shifting and user-friendly operation. Tank System:
The water tank and foam tank are critical components of the FAW 4WD fire truck. The vehicle is equipped with a total tank capacity of 3,000 liters (2,000 liters for water and 1,000 liters for foam), meeting the firefighting needs of most fire scenes. The water tank stores clean water, while the foam tank stores firefighting foam. The combination of both allows for effective responses to different types of fires, significantly improving firefighting efficiency.
Fire Pump System:
The fire pump is the "heart" of the FAW 4×4 fire engine, responsible for delivering water and foam to the fire monitor. The vehicle is equipped with a CB10/30 fire pump, capable of a flow rate of 30 liters per second at a working pressure of 1.0 MPa. This ensures an adequate supply of firefighting agents, enabling rapid control of fire situations.
Fire Monitor System:
The PL24 fire monitor is another highlight of the vehicle. It operates within a pressure range of 0.8~1.2 MPa, with a flow rate of 24 liters per second. In terms of range, it can project water up to ≥55 meters and foam up to ≥45 meters. The fire monitor features 360-degree horizontal rotation and a pitch angle adjustment range of -30 to 80 degrees, allowing flexible responses to fire sources from different directions and ensuring precise coverage of fire points with firefighting agents.
