Braided Flexible metal hoses (also known as jacketed hoses) are indispensable flexibility hoses in industrial pipelines, with excellent flexible, corrosion resistance, high and low temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, majoy used in avariety of gas transmission, infusioon pipeline system and length, temperature, position and Angle czompensation system as a compensation element, sealing element, connection element and shock absorption element. 

It is mainly composed of corrugated bellows, braided layers and joints. Its inner tube is a thin wall stainless steel bellows with spiral or annular waveform, bellows outer braided layers, are made of stainless steel wire or steel belt according to certain parameters woven. The joints or flanges at both ends of the hose shall match the joints or flanges of the customer's piping.

Outer Core: Braided Stainless Steel Layers

• The material of the layers are generally the same as that of the corrugated bellows, included 304, 321 and 316L stainless steel 

• The braided layers plays the role of strengthening and shielding
