UR8HH is a “digital-only” plug-in for GE Multilin UR relays: eight inputs or outputs that switch in <0.25 ms. Use it for breaker-fail, arc-flash trip, lock-out or high-speed interlocking—without stealing extra panel space.

· Pick-up 18 Vdc, drop-off 5 Vdc; burden <0.2 W per DI
· Output contact: 8 A continuous, 30 A make-for-100 ms (L/R=40 ms)
· Scan synchronized to UR ¼-cycle task → deterministic 2.08 ms @60 Hz
· SOE resolution 1 ms; time-stamp via IRIG-B or PTP to 0.1 ms
· Operating range –40 °C…+85 °C, 5…95 % RH non-condensing
· 3 kV RMS isolation to station ground; surge 4 kV IEC 61000-4-5
1.Loop-power harvesting: board steals 20 mA from the DI line—no external 24 V supply needed.
2.Dual-polarity outputs: software-selectable high-side or low-side; reverse-battery safe.
3.Auto pulse stretch: if your lock-out coil needs 50 ms but the CPU task is only 8 ms, UR8HH stretches the pulse in hardware—zero code change.
