The GE model "URRHH" isn't a protective relay or I/O board, but rather a dedicated power supply module for the GE Multilin UR series. Engineering documentation often refers to it as UR-RH (with the H representing the revision code).
Its sole purpose is to provide a rock-solid 24V DC bus for the entire UR chassis, ensuring reliable operation of the CPU, DI, DO, CT/VT, and other boards.
