Guided Wave Radar Level Gauge

The microwave pulse emitted by the guided wave radar travels along the steel cable or bar and encounters the measured medium. Due to the dielectric constant mutation, the reflection is caused and part of the impulse energy is emitted back.The height of the medium can be measured by the time interval between the transmitted and reflected pulses directly proportional to the distance between the measured medium.
