Manual PCB Separator Features:

1. Manual PCB separator, suitable for small high-precision PCB splitting, standard size is 220-300mm stroke.

2. Reduce the internal stress generated during board cutting to avoid tin cracking, SMT with V-CUT, PC board (substrate) can be applied to this manual PCB separator; linear slide, upper round knife and lower linear knife are used V-CUT substrate division, this machine division reduces SMT solder joint cracking.

3. Place the V groove of the PCB on the tip of the lower straight knife, push the V groove of the lower blade after the push arm, and insert the board to separate.

4. During the depaneling process, the cutter moves but the PCB does not move to ensure that the parts on the board are not damaged due to movement.

5. In response to the depth of the V groove and tool wear. The distance between the upper round knife and the lower straight knife can be adjusted accurately.

6. Both thick and thin boards can be cut, easy to operate, especially suitable for the division of thinner PCB boards.
