This is a preparatory machine in rope dyeing range for DENIM production only.

Purpose of this machine is to collect all yarns from the creel into a rope, then wind the rope on logs.

It is workable for different models of rope dyeing machine. 

 

Servo Drive

- Feeding speed can be set according to different required ball shapes, perfect roundness is ensured.

- Different  movement can be set to achieve tapered ball. Edge collapsed situation can be significantly reduced.

 

Pressure System

- Pressed by cylinder, Pressure is linearly adjustable.

- Controlled by synchronous axis

- Guarantee ball roundness

 

Synchronous belt drive

- Reduce maintenance

- Horizontal movement of feeder is engineering plastic slide film, no need lubrication. Maintenance of linear bearing is reduced.

- Noise of machine running is reduced

Auto-leasing

- Simulate manually leasing operation

- Auto-leasing when length is reached, reduce operator’s working intensity

- Higher efficiency
