HFGA135D Rebeaming Machine (LCB)

This is a machine in rope dyeing range for DENIM production only. Change dyed yarn from rope to sheet then winding on warp beam.

Upper reversing

- Reverse rope back to the barrel to avoid yarns are polluted.

- When the tension is too big, there’s a clutch in this system working to avoid friction between yarns and guide roller, prevent yarns from being damaged.

 

Tension Frame

- By frequency motor, keep yarn tension to be constant as set value.

- Clamp device mounted below can reduce yarn loosen when machine stops or during reversing.

 

Buffing Device

- Auto-adjust arm’s position according to the signal from angle sensor, which guarantees the actual tension and set tension to be same.

 

AVS- Artificial Visible System

- High speed industrial camera.

- Photoelectricity to avoid machine stops by mistake.

- Real time feedback of warp yarn number.

- Integrated host.
