The RHB-82A handheld Brix refractometer is designed to measure liquids with high concentrations of sugar or soluble solids. With a measurement range of 45 to 82% Brix and a measurement accuracy of ±0.5%, this model is suitable for monitoring processes in candy and chocolate production, preserved fruits and pickled foods, the syrup and sweetener industry, and other similar high-concentration applications.
