Thinner : PU Thinner
Thinning ratio (per kilogram): Use 60% to 100% for ease of application depending on the gun type .

At a temperature of 23 ℃ and a relative humidity of 50%:
Drying time: Refers to 20-60 minutes of touch drying;
Finger press drying: 2-6 hours (actual drying time may vary depending on temperature, humidity, and wind speed)
Theoretical paint consumption:12 square meters/liter/coat. (Dry film thickness:25-30 microns, actual coating area may vary depending on construction method, surface roughness, and construction environment).
1. Substrate Preparation: For blanks or boards, sand with 320-mesh sandpaper; for topcoats, sand with 400-600-mesh sandpaper.
2. Paint Proportioning: The ratio of base coat:hardener:thinner=1:0.5:1.
3. Primer Process: After spraying the first coat of primer, allow air-drying for 5 hours, then sand and re-spray the second coat of primer. A third re-spray is optional if necessary. (Note: The amount of thinner can be appropriately reduced during re-spraying.)
4. Color Adjustment: After primer spraying is completed, color-adjusting oil can be used for color adjustment or color modification.
5. Glazing: Select the required gloss level and apply the corresponding.
- After all construction is completed, protective measures should be taken within 72 hours to avoid damaging the paint film.
- Please use Runshine products in conjunction to prevent the occurrence of defects.
- Before applying the topcoat, small boards must be made and tested to be qualified before proceeding with large-scale production.
- Store in a cool and dry place.
- Unused paint after mixing shall not be poured back into the original paint.
- Maintain air circulation during construction and drying processes, and equip with appropriate respiratory equipment.
- It is advisable to apply multiple layers of thin coating, and the dry film thickness of each coating should not exceed 30 microns.
- Before use, it should be thoroughly stirred and mixed evenly. The prepared mixed paint should be used up within the pot life time. Used tools should be immediately cleaned with diluent.
