1. Daily Inspection

Check whether there is any leakage at each sealing part; check whether the spindle operation and the lifting device are flexible; check whether the buckle disk and the forming rod move freely.

2. Weekly inspection

Check whether the drive system of the press roller is running smoothly and whether the two rollers are consistent; check whether the pressure plate of the dovetail groove of the slide box is loose; check whether the brake device are sensitive

3. Monthly inspection

Check the working condition of each cylinder; check the bending condition of the main shaft and the forming rod and the wear condition of the transmission belt; check the execution of each brake element.

4. Annual inspection

Check the operation of each motor; check the wear of the forming rod, the outer bumper and the cylinder of the positive package.
