High Efficiency UV Pool Ultraviolet Sterilizer With Light

Pool ultraviolet (UV) sanitizers utilize a cutting-edge, non-chemical process that uses germicidal UV light rays to sanitize water, air and surfaces that may be contaminated. Ultraviolet pool sanitizers emit a high intensity germicidal light ray that alters or disrupts the DNA or RNA of targeted organisms such as algae, bacteria, viruses, cysts and protozoa.

Principle

The design of UV water disinfection systems has been carefully conceived to provide an adequate germicidal dose throughout the disinfection chamber. When used for UV disinfection, the dose is a function of time and the intensity of UV radiation to which the water is exposed. The exposure time is related to the flow rate, the higher the flow rate, the shorter the exposure time or the lower the flow rate, the longer the exposure time. UV intensity is the energy emitted by a germicidal lamp per unit of time. Dose is the product of UV intensity and exposure time.

Usage Restrictions

Ultraviolet water disinfection systems are not intended to treat water with significant contamination or intentional origin, such as raw sewage, nor to convert wastewater into microbially safe drinking water.

Water Quality (inches)

Water quality plays an important role in the transmission of germicidal UV rays. It is recommended that water does not exceed the following maximum concentration levels

Maximum Concentration Levels (Very Important):

Iron ≤0.3ppm(0.3mg/L)
Hardness ≤7gpg(120mg/L)
Turbidity ≤1NTU
Manganese ≤0.05ppm(0.05mg/L)
Tannins ≤0.1ppm(0.3mg/L)
UV Transmittance ≥750‰

Effectively treating water with higher concentration levels than listed above can be accomplished, but may require added measures to improve water quality to treatable levels. If, for any reason, it is believed the UV transmission is not satisfactory, contact the factory.

Is UV disinfection effective?

Ultraviolet light is considered the best available technology for swimming pool disinfection. Studies have shown that in chemical disinfection, 90% of the chemical is used for oxidation and 10% is used for hygiene. UV light does both. Did you notice the enviable water quality at the Olympics? The underwater camera was able to clearly capture the entire pool. The secret? It is UV disinfection. UV is now installed in hundreds of commercial aquatic centers across the country.

Are UV Sanitizers Safe?

UV sanitizers are very safe. The UV lamp is housed in a sturdy high-strength polymer housing. UV light is a physical process rather than a chemical process, making UV the most environmentally friendly option for pool hygiene. No residual effects harmful to humans, animals, aquatic life, plant life or the environment. UV light can also minimize the need to generate, handle, transport or store hazardous chemicals.

Show details:

1) Voltage indication: pointer voltmeter, which can accurately measure the input voltage of the sterilizer

2) High-quality lamps: low-pressure and high-intensity UV lamps, with long lamp life (about 9000 hours)

3) Timer: record the working hours of the sterilizer in real time

4) Stainless steel cavity: The high-brightness cavity is polished inside and outside, which greatly enhances the intensity of ultraviolet radiation and enhances the sterilization effect.
