CC-TDIL11 is the narrow 32-point DI slice that slides straight onto the Series-C IOTA board—no extra arm or extender needed. Each channel accepts wet-contact signals from 15 V up to 30 V, sink or source selectable by jumper, and reports open-wire or short-circuit health bits back to the C300 controller. The on-board noise filter (2 ms fixed) kills relay bounce without touching the code, a favorite trick among OEMs building packaged skids.
The module ships with a transparent safety cover; terminals are visible for loop-check without removing the lid, so technicians no longer need hot-work permits just to read a meter. At 28 mm wide, three TDIL11 units fit side-by-side in a 150 mm cabinet, freeing valuable rail space for future expansion.
All 512 indicator LEDs are dimmable. In a darkened compressor shelter you can drop brightness to 10 % and still see channel state—no more black tape over flashing lights. If a point is forced in the debugger, the LED turns steady orange, a visual warning that the interlock is temporarily bypassed.
Environmental extras: conformal-coated version available for offshore humidity, and a conformal-plus-heat-sink variant for desert sites where cabinet temperature can kiss 70 °C. Both carry the same part number root; the suffix “-CC” or “-HS” is added during final QC, so your CMMS stays clean.
