The HOWO Riot Control Water Cannon Vehicle is a special-purpose vehicle modified from the SINOTRUK HOWO 4x2 chassis, specifically designed to address mass incidents and maintain public order. The vehicle features a water tank capable of holding 8 tons of water, with a continuous spraying duration of up to 8 minutes. It is equipped with two high-pressure water cannons on the roof, offering multiple modes such as single-shot, continuous spray, and mist spray, with a range of up to 65 meters. Additionally, the vehicle can disperse dye and pepper spray to non-lethally deter individuals threatening public safety.

Furthermore, the vehicle is fitted with an auxiliary water cannon at the front, with a range of 35 meters, specifically designed for close-range riot control. Inside the vehicle, there are 9 riot control launchers capable of firing tear gas canisters, smoke grenades, and other non-lethal projectiles, effectively targeting threats within 150 meters.

The HOWO Anti-riot Water Cannon Truck is also equipped with a hydraulic obstacle-clearing blade, capable of removing obstacles weighing 3-5 tons. The vehicle features 11 high-pressure fire extinguishing nozzles that can rotate and tilt flexibly, significantly reducing blind spots and effectively extinguishing fires on the vehicle body.

The front of the HOWO Armored Anti-Riot Truck is reinforced with perforated blast-proof steel plates and anti-riot mesh to prevent rioters from throwing stones, sharp objects, or fire sources. The smooth design of the vehicle body also effectively prevents rioters from climbing onto the vehicle. Additionally, the vehicle is equipped with high-intensity lighting and loudspeakers on the roof, providing illumination and broadcast support for nighttime operations.
