The HOWO SITARK heavy-duty rescue fire truck is professional equipment developed for modern fire rescue needs, built on SITRAK 4×2 heavy-duty chassis. With overall dimensions of 8680×2500×3570mm, 4500mm wheelbase and 20-ton GVW, it perfectly balances road accessibility and equipment carrying capacity. Equipped with MC07H.35 diesel engine delivering 350HP coupled with 10-speed transmission, it reaches a top speed of 95km/h for quick response to various disaster sites. The double-row cabin accommodates 6 crew members with AC and hydraulic power steering for comfortable working environment.
Professional Rescue System
The HOWO rescue fire truck's rear-mounted XCMG SQZ105D hydraulic crane uses high-strength alloy steel with optimized structure design, achieving 8.3m maximum working radius while ensuring strength. The hydraulic system operates at 28MPa pressure with 25L/min flow for smooth movement. The crane features moment limiting system that triggers audio-visual alarm when approaching rated load. The 420° continuous rotation function eliminates dead angles of traditional 360° rotation, improving rescue flexibility.
The front-mounted American N16800XF electric winch adopts precision gearbox with 70KN traction force (equivalent to pulling 7-ton objects). It comes with 10mm diameter high-strength galvanized steel cable (140KN breaking force) and 35.2m length to meet most rescue needs. The innovative automatic rope arrangement system ensures neat winding and prevents jamming during operation.
Lighting and Power System
The 4KW lifting lighting system uses high-strength aluminum material with 8mm thick lifting column for stable operation in harsh conditions. Four 1000W halogen lamps provide over 150m illumination distance with excellent light uniformity. This HOWO emergency rescue truck also features 12KW generator set offering 220V/380V dual-voltage output to power multiple rescue devices simultaneously.
Equipment Storage and Functional Zoning
The HOWO fire rescue truck divides into six functional zones: front winch operation area, central equipment storage area, rear crane operation area, top lighting area, right-side tool access area and left-side spare parts storage area. The modular equipment compartment includes:
1. Demolition tool set: hydraulic cutters, impact hammers etc.
2. Support stabilization set: various support blocks and jacks
3. Medical emergency set: integrated AED and trauma first-aid kits
4. Personal protection set: respirators, chemical suits etc.
