Electric quantitative packaging machine 

Working process flow as following

 The feeding unit start feeding after automatic zero clearing, the machine starts working and is controlled by material-batching controller. The material falls down continuously to the measuring hopper, whose weight is transferred to electric signal, then signal transferred into material batching control chamber by the sensors. Next process is: material batching controller displays batching material weight through its control panel, outputs control signal of each part to drive material feed unit to feed continuously with both quick and slow material flow, based on pre-setting data. In this way, material feeding unit finishes measuring and feeding. After bag-grasping, material discharge of the measuring hopper gate, the material falls down by gravity via outlet pipe into the process of bagging. After the process of bagging, folding of the material discharging gate, opening of the bag clapping unit, and automatic bag unloading, it comes to an end and starts another work cycle. Bag clamping switch controls tightness of clamping suitable for manual bagging. Controller sends out signal only after bag clamping unit in the firm clamping state.
