Connect our device to another jack on your computer. If it still doesn’t work, update your computer’s drive checking or try to run it on another computer.

Q2.How can I avoid voice cracking at high notes and microphone screeching?
Step 1: turn down your Mic Vol and Mic Tre;
Step 2: try not to use your speaker and the device at the same time;
Step 3: try another microphone with better quality.

Q3.How can I reduce current sound and noise?
Step 1: try to connect another USB jack on your computer.
Step 2: if you’re using laptop, unplug the external power supply and then use the battery only.
Step 3: put several books under the sound card.

Step 4: use an iron wire to connect Ground Terminal to the ground or any metalwork. (this step only applies to KS105.)
