1. Chassis performance: reliable power and high passability

Engine and power system：The Isuzu GIGA chassis is equipped with a 6UZ1-TCG61 diesel engine (National VI emission standard), with a maximum power of 279kW (about 380 horsepower) and a torque of 510N·m. It has stable power output and excellent fuel economy, and is suitable for long-term high-intensity operations. The dual-battery design ensures the stable operation of electrical equipment under extreme conditions.

Passability parameters：Equipped with 295/80R22.5 tires and high quality drive capability, the minimum turning radius is ≤13 meters, and the wading depth is ≥900mm, which can adapt to complex terrain and severe weather conditions.

2. Modification adaptability: modular and multifunctional integration

Structural design：The chassis adopts a high-strength carbon steel frame, anti-twisting box structure, and the external rolling door design facilitates quick access to rescue tools; the interior is equipped with adjustable aluminum alloy storage racks and rotating trailers to optimize space utilization.

Emergency lighting system：Integrated with 30kW generator set and lifting lighting, mast height ≥ 7 meters, support 360° pan-tilt rotation and wireless remote control, coverage radius over 100 meters, to meet large-scale lighting needs. The lamp protection level reaches IP67, suitable for high humidity and dusty environments such as tunnels and chemical areas.

Multi-task expansion capability：It can carry rescue equipment such as hydraulic demolition tool sets and life detectors, and reserved interfaces to support drone collaborative reconnaissance or remote water supply system linkage.

3. Safety and intelligence: risk control and operational efficiency

Safety protection design:The cab is equipped with a self-protection sprinkler system, which can automatically cool down in high-temperature fire scenes; the battery compartment is independently sealed and equipped with a leak-proof tray, and the flame-retardant material shell reduces the risk of fire.

Remote control and intelligence:Supports 150-meter remote control driving function, and switches to unmanned mode in 5-10 seconds. Firefighters can complete the laying of water hoses and firefighting operations without approaching the fire source, significantly reducing the risk of heat radiation damage. The on-board intelligent control system integrates fault self-detection, lighting power adjustment and remote monitoring functions.
