The Isuzu FTR 6-cubic-meter dry powder foam fire truck is a multi-functional fire truck modified based on the Isuzu FTR 4X4 chassis, equipped with a 4HK1-TCG60 engine and a 6-speed gearbox. The vehicle adopts a double-row cab, can carry 6 people, and is equipped with 4 cubic water tanks, 1 cubic foam tank and 1 cubic dry powder tank. The core equipment includes CB10/40 fire pumps, PL8/32 fire monitors (range ≥ 60m) and PF5~15/30 dry powder monitors (range > 35m), and is equipped with 4 70L nitrogen bottles to drive the dry powder system. The vehicle is equipped with two intelligent control panels: the pump room panel integrates the monitoring and operation functions of the water foam system, and the dry powder panel is dedicated to the powder fire extinguishing system. The vehicle is equipped with complete firefighting equipment to achieve coordinated operations of three fire extinguishing methods: water, foam and dry powder. ★ Chassis and power system

1. Chassis structure

● Adopting Isuzu's new FTR chassis, the drive form is 4×2, ensuring good road adaptability and traction performance.

● The wheelbase is 4500mm, which optimizes the vehicle's turning radius and is suitable for driving in narrow streets and complex terrain.

● The double-row cab design, with 2 people in the front row (driver + commander) and 4 people in the back row (firefighters), meets the needs of rapid police response.

2. Power performance

● Equipped with Isuzu 4HK1-TCG60 diesel engine, with a maximum power of 205 horsepower, in line with the National VI emission standards.

1. Tank system

● 4 cubic meter carbon steel water tank: Made of high-quality carbon steel material, the inner wall is specially anti-corrosive treated, equipped with a liquid level display device and a quick water filling interface.

● 1 cubic meter stainless steel foam tank: Made of 304 stainless steel, equipped with an automatic foam ratio mixing system, the mixing ratio can be adjusted within the range of 3%-6%.

● 1 cubic meter Q345R dry powder tank: design pressure 1.55MPa, pressure test pressure 1.94MPa, working temperature range -30℃～50℃.

2. Fire extinguishing system

● Dry powder fire extinguishing system: equipped with 4 70L nitrogen cylinders, working pressure 15MPa, and driven by high-pressure nitrogen to spray dry powder.

● Fire pump system: CB10/40 fire pump with rated flow rate of 40L/s and outlet pressure of 1.0MPa is used, which can provide stable and strong water flow for fire extinguishing.

★ Firefighting equipment

1. Fire monitor system

● PL8/32 fire monitor: flow rate 32L/s, water range ≥60m, foam range ≥48m, horizontal rotation angle 360°, pitch angle -15°～+70°.

● PF5～15/30 dry powder monitor: working pressure 0.5-1.7MPa, range >35m, can quickly extinguish large-area fires.

2. Auxiliary equipment

● Dry powder gun: range >12m, suitable for close-range precision fire extinguishing.
