Product Introduction

MX - MP6 series product is our company cross-century 6th generation product, not only by the introduction of foreign advanced formula, but also by a large number of experiments practice. The plating solution made up by our product has good stability, excellent compactness, low porosity, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and contains no lead, mercury and hexavalent chromium plating at all . It is very suitable for the surface treatment of precision work pieces.

Customers only need add this additive into other raw material, nickel sulfate, Sodium hypophosphite to obtain Concentration A, B and C, which costs 20% less than the price of similar products in the market.

Product Features

1. Without DC, plating process can be completed only by chemical reactions, low energy consumption;

2. Less investment in equipment, less occupying space, less member required;

3. Does not contain cyanide, hexavalent chromium, lead, mercury, cadmium and other toxic materials, environmental friendly, up to he European Union ROHS request；

4. The plating solution has good stability, long life cycle, usually can reach10-13 MTO;

5. Great compactness, low porosity, strong corrosion resistance, much superior than similar products on the market;

6. Good adhesion, and it in middle-low carbon steel can reach 350-450MPa. The result of bending test could be non-scaling;

7. Higher hardness, plated hardness can up to 550-600HV; after keeping 400 ℃ for 1 hour, hardness can up to 1000HV;

8. Without the impact of electricity, the plating has good uniformity, proper size to control and no longer needs reprocess after the plating;

9. Plating rate is15-20um/h, plating has a mat finish;

10. The coating is micro magnetic.
