Description:

Calcium dihydrogen phosphate is a white crystalline powder that is easily soluble in hydrochloric acid and nitric acid, slightly soluble in cold water, and almost insoluble in ethanol. It is mainly used as a leavening agent and calcium fortifier for food, a seasoning agent for wine, and a fermentation promoter.

 

Application

Calcium phosphate is used in the food industry as a leavening agent, dough regulator, buffer, tissue modifier, curing agent, nutritional supplement, chelating agent, etc. For example, it can be used as baking products, pastry leavening agent, bread and biscuit leavening agent, buffer, pectin curing agent (gel effect), yeast food, meat product tissue improver, etc. Used for brewing, it can enhance the brewing power and enhance the fermentation ability.
