Instructions:
BAMBOO CUTTING BOARDS ARE NOT DISHWASHER SAFE! THEY WILL WARP OR BREAK IN THE DISHWASHER*. Wash by hand with warm water and dish soap.
Store the kitchen boards in a dry place and don't let them soak in the sink.
To extend their service life, oil the kitchen boards every few months with food-grade mineral oil, or beeswax. Rub it into the bamboo, wipe the excess with a paper towel and let it set overnight.
