PE Lining Fire Hose

  PE lined fire hoses usually refer to fire hoses with an inner lining layer made of polyethylene material, a reinforcing layer woven from high-strength polyester filament, and an outer covering layer coated with PVC or polyethylene. Its core feature is that all the materials are derived from petrochemical products, and the manufacturing process is different from the molding and vulcanization of traditional rubber hoses.

 PE lined hoses are typically used in low-pressure or medium-pressure fire protection scenarios, such as building fire hydrant systems, garden irrigation, and industrial cooling water transportation, and are particularly suitable for situations that require frequent movement and rapid deployment.

Its weight may be only one-third or even lighter than that of rubber hoses of the same size, which makes handling, unfolding and recycling very effortless, especially suitable for scenarios with complex terrain or those requiring long-distance manual transportation.

 Due to the material properties, PE fire hoses themselves will not mold or be degraded by microorganisms like natural rubber, and they also have a certain resistance to certain chemicals.
