The production process of perforated spunbond nonwoven fabric mainly includes: raw material drying, high temperature melting, spinning into web, hot pressing reinforcement and punching treatment. Among them, spinning into web adopts spunbond method, spinning melt and air flow stretching to form continuous filaments and then laying web; hot pressing reinforcement makes the fibers fuse and improve the strength; punching treatment uses a set temperature hole needle to punch holes on the surface of nonwoven fabric to meet the breathability requirements.
