The refrigeration valve test rig is specially designed for refrigeration valve set performance tests, such as thermal expansion valve(TXV), hot gas bypass valve and suction pressure valve, , it is suitable for test valve system which using refrigerant R410a or R32, measuring the refrigerant flow under specified condition.
The facility also provides test interface for testing suction pressure regular valve and hot gas bypass valve and can measure and generate the flow-opening curve under specified condition.
Measurement sensors will be provided to measure the refrigerant thermal properties and calculating the capacity by refrigerant enthalpy and flow meter method.
An assistant water system provides cooling water for assistant condenser sub-cooler and pre-cooler, cold water of assistant evaporator also supply by this water system to achieve energy saving.
An assistant water system provides cooling water for auxiliary condenser,auxiliary evaporator,sub-cooler and gas cooler,to control all the working condition and achieve energy saving.
