Description:
Resistant dextrin is a white to light yellow powder. It is a water-soluble dietary fiber made from corn starch through hydrolysis, polymerization, separation and other steps. It has low calories, slightly sweet taste, no other peculiar smell, good water solubility, 10% aqueous solution is transparent or light yellow, pH value is 4.0~6.0. The viscosity of the aqueous solution of resistant dextrin is very low. Resistant dextrin has low heat, heat resistance, acid resistance, and freezing resistance, and can be used as a low-calorie soluble food material. Used in processed products such as food, beverages, powder-packed capsules, etc.
