Operating principle of the equipment:

Towed grinder is a kind of dry grinding surface treatment equipment, which is widely used in tool edge passivation, circle guide, post-coating polishing, jewelry, jewelry and other high-precision grinding and polishing, as well as mirror polishing such as watch case strap and grinding treatment of medical devices through the combination of different chucks, abrasives and processes. The machining zone of the machine is composed of stainless steel abrasive drums equipped with polishing and grinding media. The rotating mechanism driven by the speed regulating motor is equipped with a planet gear mechanism. The workpiece chuck holds the workpiece-cutting tool, jewelry, watch case, medical equipment and other workpieces, and the chuck is suspended from the planet gear transmission turntable. Disk workpiece rotation and rotation, each chuck can be rotated separately. At the same time, the workpiece is slowly inserted down into the abrasive bucket until the machining part of the workpiece is fully immersed in the medium. In the process of high speed rotation, there is solid friction between the workpiece and the medium, and the collision between the workpieces is avoided.

So as to achieve the passivation, grinding and polishing effect of the workpiece.

Device Benefits:

After completing the operation cycle, the chuck automatically stops and the chuck automatically pulls off the grinding bucket to the initial height.

4.The drag-and-drop precision grinding and polishing machine has four separate chucks, which can be made according to the shape of the workpiece.Up to 24 workpieces can be polished at a time, and the machine is equipped with octagonal grinding buckets to load abrasives.


Electrical system

This machine adopts PLC digital control and international famous brand frequency converter, so that the workpiece chuck can realize stepless speed change within 0 × 180 rpm, in order to meet the requirements of different machining parts.


Installation and adjustment

1、The machine is to be placed on a flat cement floor, and the four feet are to be ground.

2、The insulation resistance should not be less than 0.38 megohm with 500 V megahertz motor windings.

3、Turn on the power supply and try to control whether each indicator button is normal and connect to the ground wire.


Operation, use and maintenance:

Operation use:

v When the suitable abrasive is added into the moving grinding tank, the distance between the abrasive plane and the upper

mouth of the groove should be kept about 80mm, so as to prevent the abrasive overflow caused by grinding operation, and then

the abrasive tank car is pushed to the upper lift of the lower part of the machine and aimed at four positioning pin holes.

v The work pieces are fastened in order on the clamp head, and a total of 24 sets of processing work pieces can be installed at a time.

v After closing the front door, how to start the running disk, after adjusting to the appropriate number of revolutions by manipulation button, start the lift rising button, slowly raise the grinding tank to the suitable position (including to the workpiece), and set the grinding time.

v After the grinding timing is in place, the machine stops automatically, the door fan can be opened, the grinding slot is automatically dropped by the start or drop button, and the workpiece is unloaded one by one again.

v Install a new workpiece to start the next grinding process.


2.Maintenance of machinery

v Degreasing shall be carried out before the work piece is processed, so as to improve the working efficiency

v After 500 hours of operation, the main bearing should be injected with ZL-3 calcium grease once.

v If the abnormal sound is found in operation for 5 minutes and does not disappear, it should be stopped to check whether the bolts of each part are loose, whether the bearing is damaged or not, if there is damage, it should be replaced in time.
