Q: Can it be used for vertical lifting loads?

A: Yes, but speed control is crucial. When used vertically, a high load rate may cause rapid extension (falling). It is strongly recommended to use a dual-speed control valve to ensure safe and stable operation.

Q: Does the mounting plate need clearance holes?

A: Yes. When the cylinder retracts to its end, the guide rod will protrude beyond the mounting base. Therefore, clearance holes must be machined into the mounting plate; otherwise, interference will prevent installation.

Q: Can it directly mount magnetic switches?

A: Yes. The cylinder body has mounting grooves on both sides, allowing direct mounting of round or square contactless magnetic switches (such as models M9N, M9B, Z73, etc.) without additional partitions for piston position detection.
