The regular MOQ is 500 sets. For special purchase quantities, it can be negotiated and adjusted. We support flexible adaptation for small - batch trial orders and large - scale purchases.
2: What’s the production lead time? Can urgent orders be expedited?
The standard production lead time is 15 days. For urgent orders, if communicated in advance and the order quantity is reasonable, we can coordinate the production line for expediting to meet the delivery demand as much as possible.
3:Can you provide free samples for testing? How about sample fees if charged?
Free samples are available within 2 sets for function and quality inspection. For quantities exceeding or special - customized samples, fees are charged at cost, which can be deducted from the payment after order placement.
4：How to handle quality issues of sprinklers during cooperation?
If quality issues are indeed caused by our production, we will provide unconditional return and replacement. Assist in replenishment and rectification throughout to ensure your project progress, and bear corresponding logistics and loss costs.
