Bridge cutting machine is composed of side beams, cross bridges, worktable and lifting systems. Rely on inverter control, the motor drives the cross bridge to slip on the side beams, and the side beams are embedded with gear tracks and positioning tracks to reduce running errors of bridge, thereby ensuring cutting accuracy. The cross bridge is an important part of the whole machine. Its rigidity and wear resistance are what we must consider. Therefore, we choose pig iron for casting. The entire cross bridge is integrated, without welding. This process perfectly guarantees the wear resistance and hardness , greatly increase the service life of the machine.

Cutting system includes a housing box, lifting pillars and a motor. The cutting motion of the machine is mainly transmitted by the multi-strand special belts to transmit the rotation of the motor to the cutting spindle, which drives the saw blade to rotate for cutting; as the main body of cutting, we attach great importance to the rotation efficiency of the housing box and the temperature change during cutting. In terms of structure, we use special steel to be high-pressure cast into the rotating spindle, and the casting is used as the housing box shell to ensure the service life and thermal conductivity.
