As the carrier of the stone blocks, the workbench must have a good load-bearing capacity; WEIYE uses high-strength H-shaped steel to weld the base of the workbench; a whole piece of thick iron plate is used to make the reference surface of the workbench, which strongly guarantees the workbench’s flatness and load-bearing capacity of the table. The worktable can be rotated 90° in the horizontal direction, and the rotating work is controlled by the hydraulic system, which is powerful and precise.

Lifting system of the machine consists of a hydraulic pump station and lifting pillars.After CNC precision machining ,lifting pillars get high accuracy and small error; supplemented by the combination of chrome-plated guide pins and wear-resistant guide sleeves, the gap is small, wear-resistant, beautiful in structure,which can strictly ensure the precise cutting of the machine; the hydraulic pump station is the hub of the lifting, we use a large-capacity oil tank to ensure that the oil is sufficient during the lifting process, and the lifting movement is smooth and free of jams.

1）Bridge cutting machine series use PLC system and HDMI touch screen control, combined with ultra -high precision magnetic grid to locate and infrared device, uses inverter to control left-right running, adjusts the speed according to the stone material.
