A set of shaft has two shafts and has one meshing point, 3 shafts have 3 meshing points. It means that like have 3 sets of twin screws, so such design has high efficient in material shearing, easy and good in plasticizing performance by the raw material processing.

There is no any raw material pile-up on the air discharge Barrel,  Also it has no material block or pop out from the air-discharge open mouth in the barrel. The reason is that all melted material be sucked into the center of the shafts where we called it Banbury mixing  (kneading) section. This kneading section liks a melt pump, it could be reached a very high vacuum degree, so it solve the material goes out from the opening barrel and improved the products’ quality.

Material stays a short time in the barrel, so it couldn’t  be degraded.

High output capacity

For the output capacity,  3 shafts extruder is 2 times  compaire with the same model, same power of twin screw extruders. If for the same quantity output capacity of the products, it means less manpower(less workers), less workshop area, and in the meantime, it can reduce the products’ costs.
