Groove end connection: Wrap the two halves of the split flange around the end of the pipe with the processed annular groove. The convex key on the inner side will be inserted into the bottom of the pipe groove to achieve axial locking and prevent the pipe from coming apart.
Flange end connection: Align the outer flange plate of the split flange with the standard flange plate of the opposite equipment (such as a valve), place a gasket in the middle, and then pass bolts and nuts through the corresponding holes of both and tighten them to form a tight end face seal.
