UL FM U-Bolt Mechanical Tee

U-Bolt Mechanical Tee is a special pipe fitting used for quickly opening branches on existing main pipelines. It achieves mechanical fastening through U-bolts without cutting the main pipeline and is highly suitable for small-diameter connections in narrow Spaces.

Product Introduction

U-Bolt Mechanical Tee mainly works by self-sealing with mechanical force and pressure:

 

Drill a hole of specified size (commonly 30mm) on the main pipe. Put the EPDM sealing gasket onto the hole. Wrap the U-shaped clamp with the branch pipe around the main pipe and secure it with U-bolts and nuts. When tightened, the pressure-responsive gasket is compressed to form a seal.

 

Product Features

• No welding or cutting of the main pipe is required. It can be installed under pressure and the operation can be completed within 30 minutes.

• Compact structure, specially designed for narrow Spaces.

• Cost savings: Significantly reduce labor, downtime, and material costs associated with traditional welding/cutting
