APPLICATION CHARACTERISTICS

XLPE insulated PVC sheathed YJV power cable, copper conductor, XLPE insulation, PVC inner sheath, PVC out sheath, U0/U: 0.6/1kVSuitable for installation in areas with reduced risk of mechanical damage; on tray, in free air or clipped direct. Suitable also for conduit and wiring installations when mechanical protection is required.

---Insulation Material

   XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene).

---Insulation Color

   1C: brown, blue, red, yellow, green, black, or others.

   4C: brown, blue, black, yellow/green, 

   5C: brown, blue, black, grey, yellow/green

   Remark: the insulated color is nature and close to transparent, then it with a colored tape.

    Fiberglass tape.

---Inner Sheath Material

    PVC (Polyvinyl chloride).

    Unarmored.

2. How can I get a sample to test your quality?
Hante Cable can provide the free sample to you, but you will pay the express charges. 
3. What’s your Minimum Order Quantity?
For electrical wire, the MOQ is 1000 meters; for power cable, the MOQ is 200 meters; of cources, the MOQ can be negotiated. But in order to save the shipment space and cost for you, Hante cable suggests that the MOQ of electrical wires should be more than 3000 meters, and the MOQ of power cable should be more than 500 meters.
4. Can I get a discount?
It depends on your quantity, we can make a discount and afford the freight. Pls kindly contact us.
5. Does your company accept OEM production?

Single Core Medium Voltage Power Cables

APPLICATION CHARACTERISTICS

Single core medium voltage power cable, copper wire or aluminum wire conductor, semi-conductive screened tape, XLPE insulated, semi-conductive screened tape, PVC inner sheath, copper tape screened, PVC inner sheath, steel tape or steel wire armored (armored material is optioned), PVC out sheath, U0/U: 3.6/6kV~26/35kV. Medium voltage power cable is applied to the transmission and distribution lines with rated voltage from 3.6/6kV to 26/35kV, to be laid directly in ground, outdoors, indoors and in cable ducts.

Notice: For the single core power cable, their metallic armored material should be used non-magnetic steel tape or steel wire.
