XSJ Secondary Instrument Series Flow Integrator

XSJ series flow integrator works with various flow sensors and transmitters to complete the measurement, transformation, transmission and control of instantaneous flow and carry out the cumulative calculation at the same time.



Instrument characteristics

●The error is less than 0.2%F.S, and the function of adjusting and digital filtering can help reduce the error of sensor and transmitter, and effectively improve the measurement and control accuracy of the system;

●Suitable for current, voltage, pulse output flow sensor or transmitter;

●The 2 point alarm output is used for the upper and lower limits of instantaneous traffic or the preset output of cumulants.

●The output can output the measured and transformed instantaneous flow value in the form of standard current and voltage for use by other equipment;

●Cumulant pulse output function;

●Instantaneous flow by hour or by minute for measurement unit can be selected;

●Fully transparent, high-speed and efficient network communication interface to realize complete data transmission and control between computer and instrument.The unique control transfer function enables the computer to directly control the alarm output and output of the instrument.It takes less than 10ms to read the measurement data once, and provides technical support for testing software, configuration software and application software;

●It has the printing interface and printing unit with hardware clock, realizing the function of manual, timing and alarm printing. If the intelligent printing unit is selected, one printer can be Shared among multiple instruments;

●For the nonlinear signal, the function of 8 segments of the instrument can be utilized;

●The power outage recording function can record the total power outage time, the number of power outages and the real-time time of the last 8 power outages and power on.Check out through the panel.
