Brief Introduction:
This hot filling machine is special made
for filling product like wax, vaseline etc which need heating up before
filling.
Piston type , filling system is driven by servo motor which is accurate on the
filling volume and convenient of filling volume setting.
The whole filling system: product hopper, dosing system, filling nozzle all are
heatable for maintain product temperature.
And product contact parts of the machine is made up of 304 stainless steel( 316
stainless steel is available for optional)
Can connect with cooling tunnel after filling to cool down the product in the
bottle immediately.
