BB4 type API 610 radially split multi-stage chemical centrifugal pumps

High-pressure reciprocating pumps are usually used in small and medium flow and high pressure conditions, and can replace high-speed pumps and multi-stage pumps to a certain extent.

The high-pressure reciprocating pumps developed by our company have been successfully applied in fertilizer plant methyl ammonia pumps, liquid ammonia pumps, dimethyl pumps, BDO plant BYD high-pressure feed pumps, hydrogenation plant high-pressure water injection pumps and other fields, with a maximum flow rate of 100m3/h and a maximum discharge pressure of 50MPa.

Huasheng Pumps and Valves has obtained "multiple invention patents" around the research on the structure of reciprocating pumps and diaphragm pumps. The company's new products such as chemical hydrogenation water injection high-pressure reciprocating pumps, BDO plant BYD feed pumps, water-coal slurry, and high-pressure diaphragm pumps have completely replaced imports and filled the domestic gap.

Product profiles:

  • Our API 610 type BB4 pumps are multistage, centre line mounted, radial split, single or double suction, between bearing pumps.
  • The pump and motor  are flexibly coupled and installed on a common base plate.
  • The pump design is available in two executions, inline with balance piston or in back to back (opposed) impeller design.
  • Due to the ring section casing design, the piping must be dismantled for removal of the rotor assembly.
