Hydrocracking reactor centrifugal circulation pump (Ebullated Pump)

HB series Ebullated Pump is a circulating pump that provides energy for boiling bed hydrogenation unit and suspended bed hydrogenation unit. The pump adopts a shielded structure, eliminates mechanical seals, reduces leakage points, and improves equipment safety. The pump casing adopts forgings to bear pressure, the impeller and the motor are coaxial, and the motor is lubricated by an external oil injection system. The lubricating oil pressure is higher than the pump chamber pressure to ensure that the medium does not enter the motor. The thrust bearing is made of special materials, taking into account wear resistance and conductivity to improve safety performance. The equipment has been successfully used in Yanchang Petroleum Yulin Refinery and Sinopec Zhanjiang Dongxing Petrochemical. Shaanxi Coal Group Yulin Chemical Suspension Bed Hydrogenation Ebullated Pump is being installed and debugged.

Horizontal loop reactor axial chemical flow pump

In 2010, the company began to develop the core components of annular tube pumps. In 2014, it signed a 100,000-ton annular tube axial flow pump research and development contract with Sinopec Wuhan Branch. In 2018, Huasheng Pumps and Valves' first 100,000-ton annular tube axial flow pump passed the two-year industrial assessment and passed the acceptance smoothly. The company has expanded its new product development from 100,000 tons/year polypropylene unit axial flow pumps to 200,000 tons/year and 350,000 tons/year, and then gradually covered the product performance to 600,000 tons/year polypropylene unit axial flow pumps. In the continuous research and development process, the company has accumulated a complete set of design, manufacturing, inspection, testing and other experiences and user on-site use performance, achieving full coverage of the spectrum of 100,000 to 600,000 tons/year polypropylene and polyethylene.

OH1/OH2 series API 610 centrifugal single stage chemical process pump

Our basic API 610 type OH2 pumps are centre line mounted, single stage, overhung pumps with a single bearing housing. The pump and motor are flexibly coupled and installed on a common base plate. The coupling design allow removal of the back pull-out assembly without disturbing the driver, coupling hubs or casing.

API 610 heavy duty fully lined chemical process slurry pump

Slurry pump is engineered for API 610 applications. This pump is a double walled pump where the outer casing manages the pressure and the internal liners are made from erosion resistant material that provides long life. The impeller is also made from the same erosion resistant material and is a true slurry design with repelling vanes in place of wear rings.

BB2 series API 610 heavy duty centrifugal process pumps

Our standard single-stage API 610 BB2 type pumps are center line-mounted, radially split, and feature a double-suction design with bearings located between the suction and discharge ends. These pumps and their motors are flexibly coupled and mounted on a shared base plate. The radial casing pull-out design allows for the removal of the rotor assembly without the need to disturb the driver, coupling hubs, or casing nozzle connections

BB4 type API 610 radially split multi-stage chemical centrifugal pumps

High-pressure reciprocating pumps are usually used in small and medium flow and high pressure conditions, and can replace high-speed pumps and multi-stage pumps to a certain extent. The high-pressure reciprocating pumps developed by our company have been successfully applied in fertilizer plant methyl ammonia pumps, liquid ammonia pumps, dimethyl pumps, BDO plant BYD high-pressure feed pumps, hydrogenation plant high-pressure water injection pumps and other fields, with a maximum flow rate of 100m3/h and a maximum discharge pressure of 50MPa. Huasheng Pumps and Valves has obtained "multiple invention patents" around the research on the structure of reciprocating pumps and diaphragm pumps. The company's new products such as chemical hydrogenation water injection high-pressure reciprocating pumps, BDO plant BYD feed pumps, water-coal slurry, and high-pressure diaphragm pumps have completely replaced imports and filled the domestic gap.

BB5 type API 610 horizontal double casing multi-stage centrifugal pumps

The BB5 type pumps are double casing, radially split multistage between bearing pumps conforming to API 610 requirements. These pumps are suitable for wide applications in high pressure fluid handling in oil refineries and petrochemical industry. The discharge pressures are designed up to class 2500 and suitable for suction pressures up to 79 bar (g).

VS6 sereis API 610 vertical double casing multi-stage centrifugal pumps

The design, manufacture, inspection and testing of the VS6 barrel pump are all in accordance with the American API610 standard. It is a vertical, suspended, double-layer pump casing (the inner layer is the guide casing) pump. It is mainly composed of a barrel, an inner casing, a bottom plate flange, a motor frame, a mechanical seal, a motor, etc. The motor and the main shaft are connected by a diaphragm coupling.

OH6 series GSB high speed pump is a high-speed partial flow pump with novel impeller and seal structure design. API 675 Plunger metering hydraulic diaphragm dosing pumps

The HYDRO API 675 hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps form an integrated product range with stroke lengths of 15 or 20 mm. Equipped with full-motion drive and automatic bleeding, they therefore cover the capacity range of 7 to 1506 l/h at 100 – 7 bar. They also meet the requirements of API 675.
