Overview
Computer Cables (Instrumentation/Control Signal Cables) are designed for low-level signal transmission in DCS/PLC systems, instrument loops, and data acquisition networks. They feature low capacitance, strong EMI/RFI immunity, and stable, low-noise performance over long distances. Constructions include pair/triple layouts, individual pair shielding (IPS), overall shielding (OS), or combined IPS+OS, with optional LSZH, flame-retardant, water-blocking, and armouring designs for diverse installation environments.

Conductor: Annealed copper, bare or tinned, solid or stranded
Insulation: PE/XLPE for low dielectric loss; PVC/EPR optional
Shielding: Aluminum/PET tape with drain wire, copper braid; IPS/OS selectable
Mechanical protection: Steel tape armour (STA) or steel wire armour (SWA) optional
Outer sheath: PVC, PE, or LSZH
