The EPDM lining fire hose features an Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) rubber tube as its inner liner, which provides excellent durability, high pressure resistance, and superior resistance to ozone, acids, alkalis, and extreme temperatures. The outer jacket is typically woven polyester, offering abrasion resistance. This combination makes EPDM lined fire hoses highly resilient, long-lasting, and reliable for various firefighting and industrial applications.

The durability of EPDM lined water hoses far exceeds that of traditional water hoses. Its longer replacement cycle, lower maintenance cost (no need for frequent cleaning and drying to prevent mold), and higher reliability, although the initial investment may be slightly higher, actually have a lower total cost of ownership throughout its entire life cycle.

• It is not prone to cracking, hardening or softening, and its service life is greatly prolonged.

• It can maintain good flexibility at low temperatures and is easy to unroll, coil and operate.

• The liner process produces an amazingly thin but smooth inner waterway
