HOWO 4x4 drive fire department service vehicle

HOWO 4x4 drive fire department service vehicle is built on HOWO National VI all-wheel drive chassis and has excellent off-road performance. The vehicle adopts a double-row cab + passenger compartment design, can carry 2+6 firefighters, and is equipped with an independent air conditioning system. The upper part includes a 5m³ carbon steel water tank and a 1m³ stainless steel foam tank, equipped with a CB40·10/7·50-XZ medium and low pressure fire pump (flow rate 50L/s) and a PL8/48 foam water dual-purpose fire monitor (range 70m). The pump room is equipped with an intelligent control panel with integrated pressure gauge, liquid level gauge and operation instructions. The vehicle is fully equipped, including fire hoses, water guns, foam guns, demolition tools and various interface accessories to meet a variety of firefighting needs. The vehicle focuses on practicality, the tank body adopts an anti-corrosion design, and key systems are equipped with maintenance reminders to ensure long-term and reliable operation. Basic vehicle information

1. Chassis configuration

● Model: China Heavy Duty Truck HOWO National VI emission standard all-wheel drive chassis

● Drive type: 4×4 full-time four-wheel drive, equipped with transfer case and differential lock, suitable for mud, sand, snow and other complex terrains

● Engine: Meets National VI b emission standards, power 400 horsepower, torque 1400N·m, suitable for high altitude (≥4000 meters) and low temperature (-40℃) environment

● Cab: Double-row seat structure, with a passenger compartment added at the rear (total capacity 8 people: 2 people in the cab + 6 people in the passenger compartment), equipped with heating and cooling air conditioning, anti-rollover protection frame and sound insulation and noise reduction design.

2. Passenger compartment design

● Layout: 2 rows of seats, 3 seats in each row, the seats are made of fire-retardant materials, equipped with seat belts and three-point fixing devices.

Tank system

1. Water tank

● Volume: 5 cubic meters

● Material: Q235B carbon steel, inner wall anti-corrosion treatment (epoxy resin spraying + cathodic protection), thickness ≥5mm

● Design:

▪ Water filling port, overflow port, exhaust valve and inspection manhole are set on the top

▪ The bottom sewage outlet is equipped with a quick connector, which can be connected to the drainage pump

▪ The liquid level sensor monitors the water volume in real time, and the data is transmitted to the display screen in the cab

2. Foam tank

● Volume: 1 cubic meter

● Material: 304 stainless steel, strong corrosion resistance, thickness ≥4mm

● Design:

▪ The tank is equipped with a liquid level sensor and a foam proportioning mixer interface

▪ Liquid filling port, exhaust valve and pressure balancing device are set on the top

3. Pipeline system

● Material: 304 stainless steel pipe, flange connection, equipped with antifreeze pressure relief valve;

● Layout: The water tank and the foam tank are connected in parallel and connected to the fire pump through the proportioning mixer;

● Interface: The tank is equipped with an inspection port on the top and a sewage valve at the bottom.

Pump room control panel

1. Display content:

● Pipeline system diagram (marking water/foam pipeline, valve position)

● Fire extinguishing operation process

● Precautions (such as before pressing the pump connection switch, the air storage cylinder must be greater than 0.5MPa)

● Tank maintenance instructions (regular anti-corrosion inspection, liquid level sensor calibration)

● Fire pump operating parameters (flow, pressure, speed)

2. Instruments and buttons:

● Tachometer, vacuum gauge, pressure gauge (real-time display of pump operating status)
