Built on a HOWO 4×2 heavy-duty chassis, it is specifically designed to handle various emergencies. With overall dimensions of 8940×2500×3740 mm and a wheelbase of 4500 mm, the vehicle offers an 18-ton gross mass and an 8-ton rated load capacity, ensuring both high payload capacity and road mobility. Powered by a WP10.310 diesel engine delivering 310 horsepower and a peak torque of 1500 N·m, paired with a 10-speed transmission, it achieves a top speed of 90 km/h, enabling rapid deployment to rescue scenes. The factory-fitted double-row cab, equipped with air conditioning and an ABS system, accommodates six personnel, providing a comfortable environment for prolonged rescue operations.

The front-mounted N16800XF electric winch provides a 70 kN towing force with a 10 mm diameter steel cable and a 35.2-meter working length, particularly suited for vehicle recovery and heavy object towing. The 4 kW pneumatic lifting lighting system can extend to a height of 8.49 meters, with four 1000 W halogen lamps offering 360° horizontal rotation and 406° vertical tilt adjustment, ensuring comprehensive illumination for nighttime rescues. The 12 kW onboard generator ensures continuous power supply for various electric rescue tools, with 220V/380V dual-voltage output to meet different equipment requirements.

The HOWO Emergency Rescue Fire Engine features lifting, self-rescue/towing, obstacle clearance, power generation, and lighting functions, and can be equipped with a wide range of firefighting tools and equipment, including demolition, detection, leak sealing, and protective gear. The vehicle’s equipment compartments adopt an adjustable modular aluminum alloy frame, ensuring rational space utilization and safe, convenient tool access.
