PLC Autocontroller’s Xiamen hub just received fresh stock of the T3420A—the SIL-rated “voltage-only” sister board to the well-known T3419. Built for 0–5 V, 0–10 V and bipolar ranges, it converts 32 single-ended voltage signals into TMR data without external resistors, delivering lower drift and faster response for turbine speed, draft pressure or tank-level transmitters that already output a high-level voltage.
1.What makes T3420A different
• Four jumper-selectable ranges: 0–5 V, 0–10 V, ±5 V, ±10 V—swap in seconds, no firmware.
• On-board triple A/D per channel; 2oo3 voting happens inside the FTA, so the Tricon sees one pre-validated digital value—140 dB CMRR, 20 dB better than current-input boards.
• Continuous ±30 V over-voltage protection; survives mis-wiring and meets IEC 61000-4-5 surge Level 4.
