1. Power and terrain adaptability: reliable mobility in complex environments
——4X4 all-wheel drive system: Adopting Isuzu non-load-bearing chassis and equipped with a part-time four-wheel drive system, it can cope with extreme terrains such as mountains, mud, ice and snow. The minimum ground clearance is optimized to 250mm, and the approach angle/departure angle are 30° and 20° respectively, ensuring the vehicle's passability in collapsed buildings or wild fire scenes.
——Power chain matching: Equipped with a 4HK1-TCG61 turbocharged diesel engine (190PS/441N·m), matched with a 6-speed synchronous meshing gearbox, the low-speed torque distribution efficiency is improved by 15%, and it can still maintain a highway cruising speed of 80km/h under full load (GVW 7.5 tons) conditions to meet the needs of rapid response.
2. Firefighting efficiency: Tactical advantages of high flow and long range
——Large-capacity water storage system: The 4000L carbon steel water tank (optional 316L stainless steel) adopts a double-layer explosion-proof structure design with a pressure resistance of 1.2MPa. With the self-circulating antifreeze system (-30℃ working condition), it can support continuous spraying time of up to 100 seconds (single water source mode).
——Efficient pump system: Standard CB10/30 mid-mounted centrifugal pump (30L/s@1.0MPa), optional Hale HPX or Rosenbauer NH30 pump group (flow rate increased to 40L/s), water cannon range of 45m (DC)/38m (spray), foam mixing ratio 3%-6% adjustable, to achieve rapid suppression of Class A/B fires.
——Tactical flexibility: The modular pump position design supports mid-mounted or rear-mounted installation. Combined with the quick-release hose interface (DN80 Storz standard), it can complete the water supply of multiple vehicles in series within 90 seconds, expanding the total water supply to 12,000L.
3. Ergonomics and safety: continuous combat capability under high-intensity tasks
——Double-row cab design: Complies with ECE R29 collision standards, the 5-person cabin layout integrates air suspension seats (shock absorption efficiency 60%), equipped with dual-zone automatic air conditioning and positive pressure fresh air system, ensuring that the CO concentration is less than 50ppm under 60 minutes of closed working conditions.
——Intelligent control terminal: The 7-inch IP67 explosion-proof touch screen supports multi-language switching (including EN/FR/ES presets), real-time monitoring of pump pressure, liquid level, GPS positioning and fault diagnosis codes, and operation response delay <200ms.
——Active safety configuration: Optional 360° surround view image (2 million pixel thermal imaging), AEBS automatic emergency braking and ESC body stability system, the braking distance is shortened by 12% (60km/h-0) compared with similar models.
4. Customized configuration: meet the needs of multiple scenarios
——Functional expansion: Optional front winch (5 tons pulling force), roof searchlight set (4×100W LED) and VHF emergency communication relay, suitable for complex rescue scenarios such as earthquakes/floods.
——Environmental compliance: The engine meets Euro V/VI emission standards, and can be equipped with DPF+SCR post-treatment system, NOx emissions <0.4g/kWh, suitable for operations in densely populated urban areas and ecologically sensitive areas.
