Based on the ISUZU FTR chassis, it combines advanced firefighting systems with dependable power performance. This fire truck consists of three core modules: the ISUZU FTR chassis delivers powerful driving force; the Shanghai Xiongzhen CB10/40-XZ fire pump and West PL8/32 fire monitor form a highly efficient fire suppression system; and the 6,000L water tank and 2,000L foam tank enable dual-agent operation. With overall dimensions of 8,160 × 2,500 × 3,460 mm and a wheelbase of 4,500 mm, the 4×2 drive configuration achieves an optimal balance between mobility and load capacity, making it particularly suitable for fire rescue operations in complex environments such as urban streets and industrial parks.

The power system is the core of a fire truck. The ISUZU FTR fire tanker truck is equipped with a 4HK1-TCG60 high-pressure common rail diesel engine, which utilizes advanced fuel injection technology to deliver 205 horsepower and a maximum torque of 647 N·m. The large 5,193 ml displacement ensures ample power output even at low RPM, which is critical for the frequent start-stop operations required in firefighting. Paired with an MLD 6-speed manual transmission and 295/80R22.5 large-size tires, the vehicle maintains a top speed of 95 km/h even under full load, ensuring rapid arrival at fire scenes.

In terms of firefighting performance, this ISUZU pumper tender fire truck demonstrates professional-grade capabilities. The 6,000 kg water tank and 2,000 kg foam tank are independently designed, allowing for either separate or combined use to tackle different types of fires. The Shanghai Xiongzhen CB10/40-XZ fire pump provides a high flow rate of 40 L/s, with a working pressure of 1.0 MPa that fully meets the requirements for high-rise building fire suppression. The West PL8/32 fire monitor achieves a water jet range exceeding 60 meters and a foam jet distance of over 55 meters. With a 270° horizontal rotation and -15° to +75° elevation angle, it ensures comprehensive fire coverage. Additionally, the onboard JPSC2.5-25/30 hose reel carries 30 meters of high-pressure hose, enabling precise close-range firefighting with a 25-meter jet distance at 2.0 MPa working pressure.

The ISUZU FTR tender fire truck features a spacious 2+4 crew cab with ergonomic seating, providing comfortable accommodation for six firefighters.

 

Water tank body is made of high-quality carbon steel, welded structure, with longitudinal and transverse anti-sway plates inside, treated with glass flakes for corrosion protection. Foam tank is made of stainless steel.

 

The pump compartment of the ISUZU FTR fire engine truck is located at the rear of the vehicle, equipped with Shanghai Xiongzhen CB10/40-XZ fire pump system delivering a maximum flow rate of 40L/s. The control panel integrates key instruments including pressure gauges and flow meters, featuring an ergonomic layout that enables single-person rapid operation.

 

The vehicle is equipped with a fire hose reel carrying 30 meters of high-pressure hose, capable of achieving a 25-meter jet distance at 2.0 MPa working pressure, making it ideal for precise close-range firefighting operations.
