It features an ISUZU NPR 4×2 drive chassis, powered by a 4HK1-TCG61 high-pressure common rail diesel engine delivering 139kW max power and 5193cc displacement, paired with a 6-speed manual transmission for excellent performance in both urban and rural road conditions. With overall dimensions of 7200×2200×2750mm and a 4175mm wheelbase, its compact turning radius makes it highly suitable for narrow city streets.
The superstructure design of this ISUZU tanker fire truck combines practicality and reliability. The carbon steel welded water tank includes internal baffle plates to minimize water sloshing during movement, enhancing stability. The built-in tank design not only improves aesthetics but also lowers the center of gravity for safer operation. The high-quality aluminum roll-up door equipment compartment is lightweight, durable, and weatherproof, ensuring optimal protection for firefighting gear.
The fire pump system is the core component of this ISUZU NPR water tender truck. The rear-mounted pump room houses a CB10/40 normal-pressure fire pump, driven via a PTO and universal shaft connected to the engine. This system delivers a stable 40L/s flow rate at 1.0MPa, with a water priming time under 50 seconds, ensuring rapid firefighting response. The roof-mounted Wester PS40W fire monitor is a professional-grade device, also providing 40L/s flow with a range exceeding 60 meters. With an elevation range of -30° to +70° and 360° horizontal rotation, it enables full-coverage fire suppression.
