Overview
Optical Fiber Cables transmit data via light over glass fibers, providing high bandwidth, low latency, and long‑distance performance for telecom backbones, access networks, campuses, data centers, and industrial automation. Designs cover outdoor (duct, direct‑buried, aerial), indoor riser/plenum, and universal indoor/outdoor types. Options include loose‑tube or tight‑buffer constructions, armored or all‑dielectric designs, and flame‑retardant/LSZH jackets for different installation environments.
Fiber types: Single‑mode G.652D, bend‑insensitive G.657A1/A2, dispersion‑shifted (on request), multimode OM2/OM3/OM4/OM5
Fiber counts: 2–432F (higher counts/ribbon on request)
Constructions: Loose‑tube (central/stranded), micro‑duct/blown fiber, tight‑buffer distribution/breakout
Strength members: FRP/GRP or steel (as required)
Water‑blocking: Gel‑filled tubes and/or water‑swellable yarn/tape
Armour: Corrugated steel tape (STA), steel wire armour (SWA), or all‑dielectric (ADSS/FRP) options
Outer sheath: PE/PVC/LSZH; UV‑resistant, anti‑termite/rodent options
