Rubber Flap Check Valve

Product Description

It is a check valve that uses a rubber-coated valve disc as the opening and closing part. One end of the valve disc is fixed to the valve body pin and can rotate freely (like a hinged door). When the medium flows in the forward direction, the fluid pressure pushes open the valve disc and the channel opens. When the flow stops or backflows occur, the valve disc rapidly closes under the influence of its own gravity, the backflow medium and back pressure, and adheres to the sealing surface of the valve seat to form a seal.

Its core mission is to allow the medium to flow in one direction and effectively prevent the backflow of the medium, thereby protecting the upstream equipment. Due to its simple structure, low cost and good sealing performance, it is widely used in water treatment, drainage, fire protection and mining fields.
