Test Principle Of Sole Adhesion Tester  

Extend the edge of the head of the shoe soles deep under a fixed arc blade linked to the force sensor, the front end of the soles is placed at a slight angle or horizontally on a fulcrum behind the blade, using the principle of leverage to separate the soles from the uppers by exerting an increasing force on the fulcrum of the finished shoes. The adhesive strength between the soles and the upper of the shoe head is evaluated by the peeling force value.
